BWP are retained to provide Building Consultancy services across the national network of Speedy Hire Plc including operational, sub-let and void estate.
Our role includes operating through a dedicated team of experienced professionals, working closely with Speedy’s property team, including directors, property and facilities managers, accountants, local managers, solicitors and other stakeholders to advise on and deliver the organisation’s property strategy in the best interest of the client whilst providing the best property solutions to maximise value and minimise cost and risk.
BWP work closely alongside Speedy’s internal property team including directors, property & facilities managers, accountants and solicitors to understand the business and its operational requirements which in turn allows us to produce client specific design specifications to appropriately support their business needs.
Advising on all aspects of our client’s strategic business plan, BWP provide concise and relevant information and documentation to assess the viability and feasibility of a strategic move within the property portfolio whilst providing associated costs, design work and considering functionality, compliance and statutory requirements.
Understanding our client’s expectations and operational requirements allows us to offer open, clear communication throughout each instruction and from this understanding stems the overall success of each project.
