Meet the directors
I have over 25 years’ professional building consultancy experience spanning both the Public and Private sectors and across the Commercial, Residential, Retail and Industrial property industries.
During my career with multi-disciplinary property consultancies I have gained particular experience in complex refurbishment projects, dilapidations and due diligence surveys advising corporate clients, developers and funds on nationwide instructions.
I provide strategic, commercially astute property advice tailored to suit our clients’ specific requirements without compromise.
When away from all things BWP, I spend my weekends transporting my two children from one sporting event to another and failing to brew beer that is anything close to consumable.
In my 20 years plus years’ experience as a Chartered Building Surveyor I have worked predominantly in the private commercial, residential and retail sectors, starting our as an Asset Manager for the CIS.
I am active in all aspects of building surveying but take a particular interest in party wall matters, due diligence surveys and defect diagnosis having worked with a number of Property Management Companies across their residential property portfolio including such matters as water ingress, cladding defects, insulation detailing, and fire compartmentation works.
I provide clear informed technical advice and go that extra mile for our clients.
Outside of work my time is spent with my family or the other love of my life, Manchester United Football Club where I am a proud season ticket holder.
I cover works across various sectors as a Chartered Building Surveyor including Education, Leisure, Retail, Healthcare, Trade Counter, Industrial and Residential sectors.
Through my career, I have enjoyed particular focus on a number of diverse and challenging refurbishment and new build projects as well as undertaking extensive Dilapidations instructions, Building / Pre Acquisition Surveys and Party Wall matters throughout the UK for several retained nationwide Clients.
I provide concise and well thought out advice operating with versatility to appropriately tailor the service provided to our diverse client range.
Outside of work, I enjoy time spent with my family and the frustrations of golf.
